Yr8 Graduation Ball – Midsummer Night
Thursday 8th December
Starts 6pm and finishes at 8.30pm
Formal Dress for the evening
Cost: $20 for entry ticket
Optional $5 for photo booth concessions card – limit of 2 cards per person – 3 concessions per card.
SALES every Mon, Tues, Wed – morning tea from inside Rm4 – (please bring your consent form and money to purchase your ticket) – NO permission form- no ticket
Drop off area – gate 1 teacher’s car park between 5.50pm – 6pm
BRING YOUR TICKET if you have it. IF you forget your ticket not to worry as we have your name listed.
FORMAL WEAR – please do not wear sports shoes / short shorts or skirts / Denim jeans / ripped clothing – please talk to

DO NOT BRING CELL PHONES: we respect the privacy of each student.
A photo booth will be available for students to have their photos taken with friends
5.50pm: Doors Open
6.30pm: Class photos will start (Photo booth is open 6pm to 8.30pm)
7pm: Time to eat
8pm: Cutting of the Year 8 leavers cake – handing out of cup-cakes
8.15pm Doors will open for parents (Parents invited to participate in last dance)
8.30pm: A PARENT MUST BE HERE TO COLLECT YOU FROM INSIDE THE HALL no exceptions.
REMINDER this is a school event, therefore school expectations and values are expected.
